本应用是一款基于人工智能的图像生成工具，允许用户通过输入文字提示词或上传参考图片来生成图片。生成结果由第三方 AI 模型提供，可能存在不准确、不完整或不符合预期的情况。

2. 账户与使用资格

• 您应确保具有签订本协议的完全民事行为能力；未成年人应在监护人同意并陪同下使用；
• 您对通过您的账户进行的所有活动负责。

3. 积分与虚拟消耗品

• 积分是本应用内的虚拟消耗品，用于兑换图像生成等服务；
• 积分可通过购买、活动奖励等方式获得，购买后不可转让、不可兑换现金，除法律强制规定外不予退款；
• 严禁通过作弊、漏洞或其他不正当手段获取积分，一经发现我们有权扣除相应积分并采取限制措施。

4. 自动续订订阅条款

• 本应用提供自动续订订阅（会员）。订阅时长与价格以购买页面展示为准；
• 付款将在确认购买时通过您的 Apple ID 账户收取；
• 订阅会自动续期，除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订；
• 续订费用将在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内收取；
• 您可以在系统「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅；
• 如适用，免费试用期内未使用的部分将在您购买订阅时失效。

5. 用户行为规范

您承诺不利用本应用从事任何违法违规或侵犯他人权益的行为，包括但不限于：

• 生成、上传或传播违法、暴力、色情、恐怖、歧视、侵犯知识产权或他人肖像、隐私的内容；
• 生成用于欺诈、误导、伪造身份或诽谤他人的内容；
• 干扰、破坏本应用的正常运行或规避安全机制。

您对使用本应用生成及发布的内容承担全部责任。

6. 知识产权与生成内容

• 本应用及其相关软件、界面、商标等知识产权归我们或相应权利人所有；
• 在遵守本协议及适用法律的前提下，您可将自己生成的图片用于个人或商业用途，但您需自行确保其使用不侵犯任何第三方权利。

7. 免责声明与责任限制

• 本应用按"现状"提供，我们不对生成内容的准确性、适用性或特定用途适配性作出保证；
• 在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何间接、偶然或后果性损失承担责任。

8. 协议变更与终止

我们可能根据业务需要更新本协议，更新后将在本页面公布。若您违反本协议，我们有权暂停或终止向您提供服务。

1. Description of Service

The App is an AI-based image generation tool that lets users generate images from text prompts or reference images. Results are produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not match expectations.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; minors must use the App with the consent and supervision of a guardian;
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

3. Credits & Virtual Consumables

• Credits are in-app virtual consumables used to redeem services such as image generation;
• Credits may be obtained via purchase or promotional rewards, and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-refundable except where required by law;
• Obtaining credits through cheating, exploits, or other improper means is prohibited; we may deduct credits and impose restrictions if detected.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

• The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (membership). Duration and price are shown on the purchase screen;
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period;
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions;
• Where applicable, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights, including but not limited to:

• Generating, uploading, or distributing illegal, violent, pornographic, terrorist, discriminatory content, or content infringing intellectual property, likeness, or privacy;
• Creating content for fraud, deception, impersonation, or defamation;
• Interfering with the App's operation or circumventing security measures.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish using the App.

6. Intellectual Property & Generated Content

• The App and its software, interface, and trademarks are owned by us or the respective rights holders;
• Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use images you generate for personal or commercial purposes, provided such use does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose;
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms as needed and will post updates on this page. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate the service to you.
