1.1 账户与身份标识

• 匿名或登录用户标识（用于识别您的账户、积分余额与购买记录）；
• 当您选择 Apple 登录时，我们会接收 Apple 提供的用户标识。我们不会获取您的 Apple ID 密码；
• 订阅与购买信息（通过 Apple App Store 及 RevenueCat 处理，我们不会接触您的完整支付卡信息）。

1.2 您提交的内容

• 您输入的文字提示词（prompt）、上传的参考图片，以及由此生成的图片；
• 您向我们提交的反馈内容。

1.3 设备与使用信息

• 设备型号、操作系统版本、语言、应用版本等基础信息；
• 崩溃日志与匿名使用统计（用于改进产品稳定性与体验）。

2. 我们如何使用信息

• 提供图像生成、账户管理、积分与订阅等核心功能；
• 处理购买、发放积分、防止重复领取奖励与滥用；
• 改进模型效果、修复问题、保障服务安全与稳定；
• 在法律要求或为保护用户与公众安全时依法使用。

3. 信息的共享与第三方服务

我们不会出售您的个人信息。为实现应用功能，我们会与以下类别的第三方服务共享必要信息：

• Apple App Store / StoreKit：处理订阅与内购交易；
• Apple 登录：在您主动选择时验证身份并关联您的应用账户；
• RevenueCat：管理订阅状态与购买校验；
• AI 图像生成服务商：将您的提示词与参考图发送至上游模型以生成图片；
• 对象存储服务（如七牛云）：临时存储与分发生成的图片；
• 统计分析服务（如友盟 UMeng）：收集匿名使用与崩溃数据。

上述第三方在其各自的隐私政策约束下处理数据。

4. 数据存储与保留

我们仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期间内保留您的信息。生成的图片与历史记录可能会在服务器上保留一段时间以支持下载与浏览，您可以在应用内删除本地记录。注销账号后，我们会删除统一账号、登录关联和积分账户；依法必须保留的交易或安全记录，以及备份系统中的延迟副本，将在法定或备份周期届满后清除。

5. 您的权利

• 您可以在应用内查看和删除本地生成记录；
• 您可以在「我的 → 账号 → 注销账号」中直接发起永久注销；注销不会自动取消 App Store 订阅；
• 您可以通过系统「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」管理或取消订阅；
• 您可以联系我们请求访问、更正或删除与您相关的信息。

6. 儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 周岁以下（或您所在地区法律规定的最低年龄）的儿童。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

7. 政策更新

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新后我们会在本页面公布最新版本及生效日期。重大变更时我们会在应用内以适当方式提示您。

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Identifiers

• An anonymous or signed-in user identifier (to identify your account, credit balance, and purchases);
• When you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive the user identifier supplied by Apple. We do not receive your Apple ID password;
• Subscription and purchase information (processed via the Apple App Store and RevenueCat; we do not access your full payment card details).

1.2 Content You Provide

• Text prompts you enter, reference images you upload, and the images generated from them;
• Feedback you submit to us.

1.3 Device & Usage Information

• Device model, OS version, language, and app version;
• Crash logs and anonymous usage analytics to improve stability and experience.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide core features such as image generation, account management, credits, and subscriptions;
• To process purchases, grant credits, and prevent duplicate reward claims and abuse;
• To improve model quality, fix issues, and keep the service secure and stable;
• To comply with legal obligations or protect users and public safety.

3. Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. To operate the App, we share necessary information with the following categories of third parties:

• Apple App Store / StoreKit — processing subscriptions and in-app purchases;
• Sign in with Apple — verifying your identity and linking your App account when you choose this method;
• RevenueCat — managing subscription status and purchase validation;
• AI image generation providers — sending your prompts and reference images to upstream models to generate images;
• Object storage providers (e.g., Qiniu) — temporarily storing and delivering generated images;
• Analytics providers (e.g., UMeng) — collecting anonymous usage and crash data.

4. Data Storage & Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Generated images and history may be retained on servers for a period to support download and browsing; you can delete local records within the App. After account deletion, we delete the unified account, sign-in links, and credit account. Transaction or security records that must be retained by law, and delayed copies in backups, are removed when the applicable legal or backup period expires.

5. Your Rights

• You can view and delete local generation history within the App;
• You can permanently delete your account from My → Account → Delete Account. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription;
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions;
• You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information relating to you.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by the laws of your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the latest version and its effective date on this page, and notify you within the App for material changes.
